These terms explain your responsibilities when using Studio Rabbit’s AI photo editing, image-to-video generation and community features. Please read them before uploading a photo, generating content or buying credits. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your uploads and instructions
You are responsible for every image you upload, the prompts you submit, and how you use or share generated content. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including any necessary permission from the people depicted. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity rights and applicable law.
2. Acceptable use
Use images of adults only. Do not upload images containing children. Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, fraud and other unlawful content are prohibited. Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively or create false evidence. We may hold content for review, remove it or restrict accounts that breach these rules. Automated review can make mistakes; contact us to request a review of an account restriction.
3. AI results and your responsibility
AI generations may be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, unsuitable or visually imperfect. An output is not evidence of a real event and is not professional advice. You must review each result before downloading, publishing, selling or otherwise using it. You are solely responsible for your decisions about the prompts, uploads, publication and use of generations, including obtaining any permissions needed for that use. Studio Rabbit does not endorse user-generated content or promise that an output is unique, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Liability
Studio Rabbit is not responsible for unlawful uploads, misleading claims, unauthorized publication or other misuse of generated content by users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by your misuse of the service or by your reliance on AI output without appropriate review, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business opportunities arising from that misuse.
This does not exclude or limit liability for our fraud or deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, failure to exercise legally required care and skill, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. Responsibility for a loss ultimately depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Accounts, credits and availability
Keep your account secure and do not abuse rewards or create accounts to bypass restrictions. Generation costs, available credit packs and reward amounts are displayed in the service and may change for future transactions or claims. Review the current price before confirming. Rewards are subject to the displayed limits and any required publication review. Failed generations return the credits charged for that attempt. Contact us about payment problems; nothing here removes refund rights required by law.
Availability and generation times vary. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. Keep your own copies of content you wish to retain.
6. Showcase and content handling
Posting to the showcase makes that content visible to other registered users. By choosing to post, you give Studio Rabbit permission to store and display that post as needed to operate the showcase. You remain responsible for the content and permissions. Posting with an anonymous display name does not make your account anonymous to the operator. Moderation may delay or prevent publication.
Uploaded and generated media and account activity are stored to provide the service, handle moderation and maintain account records. Published showcase media may also be stored in Cloudflare R2. Account deactivation hides your content and revokes access; retained records await manual deletion by Studio Rabbit. Contact us about permanent deletion. These terms are not a complete privacy notice.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use and will show the revision date here. Updates do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. For questions, content complaints, payment issues or a review request, email contact@studio-rabbit.com. Include enough information for us to locate the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
